HPAG Display Removal/Destruction Disclaimer
By completing this form, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this disclaimer. HPAG displays remain the property of HPAG. HPAG displays cannot be removed from or destroyed by the registered customer(s) or by someone other than an HPAG representative. The retailer (you) may be responsible for the sum of $50 to $500 per display for any unauthorized removal or destruction. Any person or company involved with the removal or destruction of an HPAG display will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, as this conduct amounts to willful destruction or damage to property, criminal vandalism, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and conversion of property. Additionally, any participation in a scheme to remove or destroy an HPAG display, or limit, restrict, or interfere with HPAG's distribution of its products, constitutes anticompetitive conduct in violation of federal antitrust law, including the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. 1051, et seq. If any person or company invites you to participate in such scheme, please report it immediately to your HPAG representative.
