Letter from Timmons on New UMAP Policy

Dear Partner,

Effective March 1, 2025, Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is implementing a new Authorized Internet Reseller Agreement for the U.S. and Canada to align with our new Unilateral Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (UMAP). This will help strengthen our relationship with current partners and open and reopen doors with others.

To be approved as an authorized internet reseller for Addictive Desert Designs, DV8 Offroad, Flatline Van Co., or Rago Fabrication, you need to download the North American Internet Reseller Agreement from North America Authorized Internet Reseller Agreement. Complete Schedule A, B, & C on the agreement and sign it. Then, please return it to HPAG by emailing it to compliance@horsepowerautomotivegroup.com. I also suggest reviewing the new UMAP Policy for: United States UMAP and/or: Canada UMAP or both.
